PT/Pro® Bench This full size bench is made from marine vinyl, polyurethane foam and aluminium it weighs just 23lbs (approx 10kg). It folds flat and opens in seconds. Folded it is just 5.5” high (approx 14cm) and comes with an integrated carry handle and a removable carrying strap, making it ideal for personal trainers, small gyms or for homes where storage space is limited. The bench can be inclined/declined from 0 degrees to 90 degrees in 10 different positions and comes with a removable ‘crunch handle’ to stabilize the user when performing exercises such as leg lifts.
